The Jacquard Boro Scarf from Pure Blue Japan is a fine example of traditional Japanese weaving techniques. The jacquard weave reproduces the design inspired by old Japanese cloth, which is revived by splicing and sewing worn pieces of cloth together to create one piece of fabric.

Cut in Japan from 100% cotton, the Boro scarf uses naturally dyed indigo threads throughout so there will be some change in colour over time while the scarf is complete with tassels either side.
